Sales Executive at Exodus Solution - Job Opportunity

Job Title: Sales Executive.

Job Location: Dar Es Salaam.

Job Payment Type: Salary plus Commission.

Job Purpose:

Exodus Solution is looking for a Sales Executive to be responsible for selling Bookkeeper Inventory, Accounting, and Sales Software directly to small-and-medium sized businesses in Tanzania. Duties will include meeting with owners of small and medium-sized businesses to present, demonstrate our software, and negotiate a contract with a potential client.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand the market in which the company operates and how the product is used within that market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets. 
  • To demonstrate and clearly differentiate the product from the competition by focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition through product demos. 
  • Client and potential client visits to assess needs or introduce product demos and services. 
  • Maintaining client records in the Sales Trackers and following up with clients produce daily, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly sales reports. 
  • Provide support training for new clients of Bookkeeper's Develop strong ongoing relationships with clients and potential clients. 
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to increase sales.

Job Qualification and experiences:

  • At least a diploma in sales and marketing or any related course. 
  • A commitment to excellent customer skills and experience in sales is an added advantage. 
  • A commitment to excellent customer skills Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients. 
  • Office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, CRM) and web presentation tools.
  • Proficiency projects a positive, professional image and the ability to achieve sales targets.
