HR WORLD Ltd on behalf of our reputable client, we’re looking for Sales Managers who will be responsible to ensure that sales targets are met through selling into new accounts and further penetrating existing accounts.
POSITION: SALES MANAGERS
LOCATIONS: CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN REGIONS*
- Responsible for all aspects of sales strategy creation and implementation, forecasting, and sales account management.
- Attracts and enables Sales Talents to grow by creating opportunities in the sales team.
- Ensures Sales Teams are motivated, and that accounts and opportunities are allocated to maximize revenue growth.
- Ensure appropriate training is provided to and completed by all team members and that these skills are applied in daily operations.
- Ensure that the product portfolio, sales promotions, and sales communications are relevant for the team.
- Accurate and timely forecasting, acting like a business leader.
- Key point of contact and relationship owner for a defined set of customers.
- Building key accounts into strategic partners and driving sustaining revenue, market share growth, and product footprint.
- Helps create new revenue streams from new products, via partnerships and by selling through accounts.
- Analysis of competitors and market intelligence activities.
- Ensure achievement of company sales targets
- Degree in Business Administration or any other related fields.
- Minimum 7+ years of working experience in sales.
- Ability to travel as needed.
